Garrett Culbertson — Washington 01 Electrician
Garrett holds Washington’s 01 license — the state’s top general electrical classification — which means there is no electrical work he is not licensed to take on. Residential, commercial, industrial, and the newer category of advanced energy systems (Powerwall, Wall Connector, bidirectional readiness) all fall within scope.

Garrett’s wife and business partner. Runs the books, the scheduling, and the shared inbox. If you email RMS, your message goes to both of them.

RMS carries Washington’s 01 general electrical license, current bonding, and full liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Garrett’s Tesla certification covers Powerwall and Wall Connector installation. License numbers are available on request and will be posted on every estimate.
