The Tri-Cities — Standard Rates
RMS serves the Tri-Cities at standard rates and travels into surrounding areas for larger projects at travel rates. If you are inside the Tri-Cities, the answer is yes. If you are farther out, the answer is “tell us about the project.
Richland
RMS is based in Richland and handles residential and commercial electrical work across the city — including the West Pasco-adjacent neighborhoods, South Richland, and the older Richland service-area neighborhoods that often need panel upgrades to support modern loads.
West Richland
Same standard rates as Richland. Older West Richland service areas often pair panel upgrades with EV charging or backup-power projects.
Kennewick
Full residential and commercial coverage across Kennewick, including the older downtown service areas, the Highlands, and the south Kennewick growth corridor.
Pasco
Residential and light commercial work across Pasco. Pasco’s growth has brought a lot of new construction wiring, panel upgrades, and EV charging installs into the queue.
TRAVEL RATES
Beyond the Tri-Cities — Larger Project Travel Area
For larger projects, RMS travels into the surrounding region at travel rates. We do not take small service calls outside the Tri-Cities — the travel time does not pencil out for either of us — but we do take meaningful projects that are worth the drive.
