Tenant Improvements
Electrical work for tenant build-outs and remodels — restaurants, offices, retail, light industrial. We work alongside general contractors or directly with property owners managing their own TI.
Service Upgrades
200A to 400A service upgrades, three-phase work where applicable, sub-panels, and service equipment replacement for businesses scaling up their electrical capacity.
Light Commercial New Construction
Full electrical for light commercial new builds. Plans review, load calculation, rough-in through final inspection, working with your general contractor.
Lighting and Controls
Commercial lighting design and install, lighting controls, occupancy sensors, retrofit work, exterior and parking-lot lighting.
EV Charging Infrastructure

The 01 license covers commercial, industrial, and residential work — so a tenant improvement, a service upgrade, and a commercial Wall Connector install can all run through one electrician.
Two-Year Warranty
Industry standard is one year. Ours is two.

Our small team ensures direct-line accountability from your estimate through final installation. Your project does not get quietly handed down a chain of subcontractors.
Tesla-Certified for EV Charging
RMS is one of the few Tri-Cities shops Tesla-certified to install Wall Connector equipment, including the commercial Wall Connector for Business program.
