What We Do for Homeowners
RMS handles the everyday electrical work homeowners across the Tri-Cities need — quick service calls, full panel upgrades, lighting and outlet work, remodel and addition wiring, and new construction. Every job is done by a Washington 01 licensed electrician and backed by a two-year warranty.
Panel Upgrades
100A to 200A service upgrades, sub-panels, and service equipment replacement. Panel work is often where bigger plans start — EV charging, backup power, kitchen remodels, hot tubs. We look at the whole picture before the work begins.
Outlets, Switches, and Lighting
New outlets, GFCI and AFCI upgrades, switch replacements, dimmer and smart-switch installs, interior and exterior lighting. The everyday electrical work that keeps a house running.
Remodels and Additions
Wiring for kitchen and bath remodels, basement finishes, and home additions. We coordinate with your builder or work directly with you on owner-managed remodels.
Troubleshooting and Repairs
Tripping breakers, dead circuits, flickering lights, outlets that stopped working. We diagnose first, then fix what’s actually wrong — not what’s easiest to bill for.
New Construction Wiring
Full electrical for new home builds, working with your general contractor or directly with the homeowner. Plans reviewed, load calculated, code-compliant install from rough-in through final.

RMS serves Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco at standard rates. No extra travel charge across the metro.
